Music to MIDI
Explore the notes behind the audio.
Audio-to-MIDI conversion estimates note events from a recording. MIDI describes musical instructions such as pitch and timing rather than storing the original sound. The planned workflow is a starting point for editing and arranging those notes.
Where it fits
Musicians who want to inspect a melody or develop a recorded musical idea in a MIDI editor.
Concept example
A clear melody recording → inspect estimated notes and correct timing before assigning a new instrument.
An illustration of the creative direction, not a generated result.

Common questions
Will MIDI preserve the exact sound of the recording?
No. MIDI contains musical events, not the original waveform or vocal timbre. Complex mixes can also make note estimation less reliable, so the result needs review.
