Mashup
Find a conversation between musical ideas.
A mashup combines elements from different recordings into a new arrangement. The planned workflow will focus on selecting compatible material and checking how its rhythm, key and structure fit together.
Where it fits
Arrangement experiments with recordings or stems you are entitled to combine.
Concept example
A vocal phrase from one of your tracks and a rhythm from another → explore whether their timing and energy work together.
An illustration of the creative direction, not a generated result.

Common questions
Is a mashup just two songs playing at once?
A useful mashup needs deliberate choices about rhythm, harmony and structure. Simply overlapping recordings can produce clashes rather than a coherent arrangement.
